Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 13 May 2021 that Mr. David Bullen, CEO of Bilby, made a number of direct share sales, purchases and transfers of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to migrate part of his current shareholding into his own ISA and to his Spouse's ISA.

Mr. Bullen sold 32,720 Ordinary Shares jointly held with his spouse and 16,320 were repurchased by his ISA and 16,320 were repurchased by an ISA held by his spouse and PCA

Following the dealing, the holding of Mr. Bullen and his PCAs remains unchanged, at 1,224,487 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.09 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
