Acquisition of Coffin Mew LLP
Knights is pleased to confirm that the acquisition of Coffin Mew LLP ("Coffin Mew") has now completed, in line with the timeframe announced in the acquisition announcement of 19 May 2022. Accordingly a total of 1,152,078 new ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each have been issued to the vendors of Coffin Mew to satisfy the share-based consideration on the acquisition.
Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of these 1,152,078 shares which is expected to occur on 12 July 2022. Following admission, Knights will have 85,813,467 ordinary shares in issue with each ordinary share carrying the right to one vote . The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 85,813,467 . This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
