Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
Knights announces that it was notified on 18 March 2019 that following the payment of the dividend payment of 0.6p per share, which was declared in the half year results on 15 January 2019 and paid on 15 March 2019, the SIP trustee has re-invested the dividend by purchasing 1,129 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 290 pence per share on behalf of participating employees.
Details of the Ordinary Shares purchased by the SIP trustee and awarded to PDMRs, together with their resulting interests, are set out in the table below:
