Grant of Options under 2018 SAYE Scheme
("Knights", the "Company" or the "Group")
Knights, one of the UK's fastest growing regional legal and professional services businesses, announces the grant of options to employees as part of its Savings-Related Share Option Scheme ("SAYE") for 2018. The scheme is open to all permanent employees, giving them the opportunity to participate in the future growth of the Group via share option arrangements.
Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options over Knights' ordinary shares of £0.002 each ("Shares") with an exercise price of 161.52p, which represents a 20% discount to the closing middle market price of 201.9p on 23 November 2018 being the trading day before the invitation to participate was made. The options have a contract start date of 1 February 2019 and are exercisable from 36 months thereafter.
A total of 192 employees elected to participate, and pursuant to these elections, options over a total of 900,785 Shares have been granted today. This includes options granted over a total of 71,320 Shares to the following eight employees who are regarded as Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR's"):
