Admission of Placing Shares to Trading

KSK Power Ventur plc (KSK.L) announces that, further to the Company's announcement of 24 February 2014, admission of the 9,558,000 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") is now expected to be admitted to the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission") at 8.00 a.m, tomorrow, 28 February 2014.

As previously announced, following Admission the number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company will be 175,308,600. This figure may be used by shareholders following Admission as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, their shareholding in the Company.
