LAND SECURITIES' ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Land Securities announces that it will be hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) 
and release its first interim management statement, for the three months ended 
30 June 2007, on Tuesday 17 July 2007.
