Land Securities secures further letting at Cardinal Place, Victoria
Land Securities announces today that it has exchanged contracts for the letting
of 48,016 sq ft (4,460 sq m) at 80 Victoria Street, part of the Cardinal Place
estate in Victoria.
Experian, the leading global information solutions company, has taken the entire
sixth floor of 80 Victoria Street on a 15 year lease as its new corporate
headquarters.
Mike Hussey, Land Securities' Managing Director, London Portfolio, commented:

themselves in our flagship scheme that has transformed both the office and
retail offer in Victoria.'
Andrew Sharp, Senior Project Manager, Experian said: 'The location and amenities
at Cardinal Place offer us ideal accommodation and we are very excited to be
locating our new offices there. With the excellent transport links and
Victoria's new vibrant feel, I have no doubt that our staff will enjoy greatly
their new office.'
The Experian deal is the latest in a series of successful lettings at Cardinal
Place where over last 16 months just under 180,000 sq ft of office space has
been let.
