Land Securities Group Plc 12 June 2006 12 June 2006 LAND SECURITIES GROUP PLC ('Land Securities'/'Group') Land Securities secures further letting at Cardinal Place, Victoria Land Securities announces today that it has exchanged contracts for the letting of 48,016 sq ft (4,460 sq m) at 80 Victoria Street, part of the Cardinal Place estate in Victoria. Experian, the leading global information solutions company, has taken the entire sixth floor of 80 Victoria Street on a 15 year lease as its new corporate headquarters.
