James Latham plc announces that on 2 September 2005 the Company transferred from
Treasury 60,000 ordinary 25p shares to its wholly owned subsidiary James Latham
Trustee Limited to enable it to meet awards under the Company's Share Incentive
Plan ('SIP') and Save as You Earn Plan. These shares were transferred for nil
consideration. The Company was subsequently informed on 5 September 2005 that,
on 2 September 2005, James Latham Trustee Limited purchased 6,300 shares at a
price of 152.5p per share. David Dunmow, Finance Director of James Latham plc,
is also a director of James Latham Trustee Limited.
The Company was informed on 5 September 2005 that, on 2 September 2005, the
Trustees of the Company's SIP allocated 2,950 ordinary 25p shares in the Company
at 152.5p per share to each of the following Directors , whose interests in the
Company's shares are noted below.
