Clapton Site Sale
The Directors are pleased to announce that, as part of the agreement with
Countryside Properties plc, reported on 10 December 2004, the Company has
received an additional £1.5m due to a further condition of sale being met.
Corporation tax of 30%, which may be mitigated by rollover relief, will be due
on the proceeds.
The balance will be used to reduce the Company's overdraft and strengthen the
Company's balance sheet to enable it to take advantage of future opportunities.
