James Latham plc announces that it has been advised that Liminse Limited sold
338,000 shares in the Company on Friday 29 October 2004.  The Company was also
informed that Liminse Limited purchased 338,000 shares in the Company on Monday
1 November 2004.  Liminse Limited's holding in James Latham therefore remains
unchanged at 338,000 shares, representing approximately 6.7 per cent. of the
issued share capital.
