Closing of eCreators acquisition

Learning Technologies Group plc ("LTG" or the "Company"), the provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, confirms that all conditions relating to the acquisition of eCreators Pty Ltd have been satisfied and that the transaction completed on 1 October 2020, further to the announcement of the proposed acquisition on 22 September 2020.
