Director dealing and grant of share options
Learning Technologies Group plc, provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, announces that on 23 July 2019 Leslie-Ann Reed (Non-executive Director) acquired 271,646 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 114.29 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction above, Leslie-Ann Reed's beneficial holding in the Company is 6,458,180 Ordinary Shares and this holding represents approximately 0.967 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Further, the Company granted Neil Elton (Chief Financial Officer) 1,000,000 unapproved share options at an exercise price of 75.2 pence per share. The vesting of these new share options are subject to the achievement of demanding performance criteria; 500,000 share options will vest on the one year anniversary of the LTG share price being at least 150 pence for 30 consecutive days. A further 500,000 share options will vest on the one year anniversary of the LTG share price being at least 180 pence for 30 consecutive days.
