Directors' Dealing
Harry Hill, Founder and Executive Chairman of In-deed, has purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 12.50 pence each.
Peter Gordon, Founder and Managing Director of In-deed, has purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 12.50 pence each.
Following these transactions, Harry Hill will hold 1,830,000 Ordinary Shares representing 8.97% of the existing total voting rights of the Company and Peter Gordon will hold 1,830,000 Ordinary Shares representing 8.97% of the existing total voting rights of the Company.
As announced on 22 October 2013 and subject to shareholder approval at the General Meeting of In-Deed's shareholders to be held on 7 November 2013, In-Deed proposes to acquire Epic Group Limited. The enlarged group will be renamed Learning Technologies Group plc and expected to be re-admitted to trading on AIM on 8 November 2013.
On admission, Harry Hill will be appointed Non-executive Director of the enlarged group and will hold 1,830,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.66% of the total voting rights of the enlarged group.
On admission, Peter Gordon will resign from the board of the enlarged group and will hold 1,830,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.66% of the total voting rights of the enlarged group.
