Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 15 August 2019, the Company was notified that Piers Lea, Chief Strategy Officer, transferred 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.375 pence of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to a Family Trust for nil consideration. Piers Lea is a Trustee, and therefore the trust is considered to be a Person Closely Associated with Piers Lea.
Following the transaction above, Piers Lea's beneficial holding in the Company, together with his Persons Closely Associated, remains unchanged at 8,714,030 Ordinary Shares and this holding represents approximately 1.30 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
