In-Deed Online plc (AIM: IOL) announces that the Company was notified on 18 September 2012 that Harry Hill and Peter Gordon, both Directors of the Company, each bought 30,000 Ordinary Shares on 17 September 2012 at 34.6 pence per share. In addition, the Company was notified that Boris Zhilin bought 20,000 shares on 18 September 2012 at 34.85 pence per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Hill and Mr Gordon each hold 1,730,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, or approximately 8.48% of the issued share capital respectively. Mr Zhilin now holds 1,120,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.49% of the issued share capital.
