Exercise of options, Directors' dealings and Total Voting Rights

The Company hereby confirms that the following share dealings and exercise of options took place on 23 June 2017:

Dale Solomon (Chief Operating Officer) exercised 18,388,607 share options at an exercise price of 5.88 pence per share. 12,388,607 shares were subsequently sold at a price of 41.50 pence per share to satisfy ensuing tax liabilities and costs. Following this transaction Dale Solomon's beneficial interest in the Company is 6,000,000 shares.  He has undertaken not to sell any of these shares for a period of at least one year.

Furthermore, the Company announces that Jonathan Satchell (Chief Executive) and Annabel Lea, the wife of Piers Lea (Chief Strategy Officer), each sold 1,000,000 shares also at 41.50 pence per share in order to satisfy institutional buying demand.

Leslie-Ann Reed (Non-executive Director) acquired 240,408 shares at 41.58 pence per share.

A further 487,500 share options were exercised by employees of the Group at an average exercise price of 2.40 pence per share.  These shares were subsequently sold at a price of 41.50 pence per share.

LTG confirms that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 18,876,107 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM.  Admission of the new shares is expected to take place at 8.00am on 30 June 2017.

Following the anticipated admission of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.375p each in the capital of the Company in issue will be 568,783,136 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

LTG holds 404,340 shares in treasury.  The figure of 568,378,796 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
