ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Further to the release of the Company's Preliminary Results announcement on 5 March 2014, the Company announces that it has today published its Annual Report & Accounts 2013 (or 'Annual Financial Report').  The Annual Financial Report is now available on the Company's website at http://investor.legalandgeneral.com/financialreports.cfm alongside the Preliminary Results announcement which can be found at http://investor.legalandgeneral.com/releases.cfm 

The Annual Financial Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2014 and related Form of Proxy and Form of Direction are being mailed to shareholders today and, in accordance with paragraph 9.6.1 of the FCA Listing Rules, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where they will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM 

The Company has also made available today a summary of the financial performance target ranges in relation to the 2014 Performance Share Plan as set out in the Directors Report on Remuneration.  This is available on the Company's website at http://investor.legalandgeneral.com/financialreports.cfm

The Company's 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held at The Honourable Artillery Company, Armoury House, City Road, London EC1Y 2BQ at 11.00am on Wednesday, 21 May 2014. The Notice of Annual General Meeting is now available on the Company's website at http://investor.legalandgeneral.com/AGM.CFM
