Legal & General Group Share Bonus Plan


The table below details ordinary shares of Legal & General Group Plc (the 
'Group')  released to Executive Directors of the Group from the Legal & General 
Group Plc Share Bonus Plan . This and other long-term share incentive schemes 
are described in detail in the 2005 Report and Accounts.  The shares released 
under the Share Bonus Plan were originally allocated on 10 April 2003 and were
released on 10 April 2006.  The price set in accordance with tax legislation was
140.750p per share.
