The option price for the CSOP Options was 116.6p per share and the Options will be exercisable from 27 April 2014.  The award price for both the SBP and PSP Awards was 116.6p per share.  The restricted period in respect of the SBP Awards, and the performance period in respect of the PSP Awards, will end on 26 April 2014.
