Directorate Changes

The Lindsell Train Investment Trust plc ('Company') is pleased to announce that following the retirement of Donald Adamson with effect from the close of the Annual General Meeting held on 2 September 2015, Julian Cazalet has been appointed as Chairman of the Board and Vivien Gould as Chair of the Audit Committee. Mr Cazalet and Ms Gould were both appointed as non-executive directors on 29 January 2015.

Mr Cazalet expressed his thanks to Mr Adamson for the fourteen years of dedicated services he provided to the Board, the last four as Chairman.  He also thanked Michael Mackenzie, who will remain on the Board, for the ten years he served as Chair of the Audit Committee.

The Company confirms that there are no other matters requiring to be disclosed under UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.11.
