THE LINDSELL TRAIN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC ("the Company")

The Lindsell Train Investment Trust plc announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held on 29 July 2010, all Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed on a show of hands. 

Copies of all resolutions passed as Special Business at the Meeting will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") shortly and will be available for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
