Liontrust Asset Management Plc ("the Company") was informed on 14 November 2011 of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p ("Shares"):

On 14 November 2011 John Ions, Vinay Abrol, Jonathan Hughes-Morgan, Alastair Barbour and Mike Bishop, directors of the Company, purchased Shares.

The number of Shares purchased by such directors, which are held on their behalf in nominee accounts, and the price paid were as follows:
