WORLD SPORT GROUP PLC ANNOUNCES BOARD CHANGE
The Board of World Sport Group plc, the sports media, marketing and management
group, announces that it has today accepted the resignation of Mr Tony Morgan as
Group Finance Director. Mr Morgan will remain as a Non-Executive Director of the
Company and the change is with immediate effect. The Board confirms that it is
in final negotiations to appoint a new Finance Director but will have an interim
Finance Director prior to that appointment. A further announcement will be made
in due course.
The aforementioned changes are not expected to delay the publication of the
Group's final results, which are due to be released by the end of June 2002.
