Result of AGM and EGM
The Board of Parallel Media Group plc (the 'Company') announce that, at its AGM
and EGM held today, all resolutions were passed. As described in the circular
sent to shareholders of the Company on 30 June, application has been made to the
London Stock Exchange for each ordinary 5p share of the Company to be divided
into 10 shares of 0.5p each, nine of which will be deferred shares and the
remaining one a new ordinary share of 0.5p. It is anticipated that trading in
the new ordinary shares of 0.5p each will commence on 3 August 2005. Existing
share certificates will continue to be valid.
