                       Updated Substantial Shareholdings

On 2 May 2008 the Company announced its audited preliminary results for the year
ended 31 December 2007. The percentage holdings of the substantial shareholders
disclosed in the announcement and the total number of shares held by Groverton
Management Ltd, were incorrectedly stated. On 2 May 2008 Livermore bought back
40,000 ordinary shares in the Company, following this recent share buy-back the
correct substantial shareholdings are detailed below.
