On 1 August 2008, LMS Capital plc ("the Company") received notification from Deutsche Bank AG as follows:

On 31 July 2008, Deutsche Bank AG disposed of 482,563 ordinary shares in the Company. This took their holding from 11,641,397 shares (representing 4.06% of the Company's issued share capital) to 11,158,834 shares (representing 3.97%).
