Notification of Transaction by a Director

On 21 September 2007, LMS Capital plc ("the Company") received notification from
Robert Rayne as follows:

On 17 September 2007, Robert Rayne set up a non-beneficial trust and transferred
into it 100,000 LMS Capital plc ordinary shares of 10p each. No payment was made
by the trust for the shares. He is not beneficially interested in those shares,
however, he does currently retain the voting rights over the shares held in
trust. Accordingly, his beneficial interest has decreased by 100,000 shares and
his non-beneficial interest has increased by 100,000 shares.


Following this change, Robert Rayne is now interested in the following number of
LMS Capital plc ordinary shares of 10p each:

    Beneficially:       7,545,793     (being 2.63% of the issued share capital)
    Non-beneficially:   21,682,900    (being 7.57% of the issued share capital)
