Issue of Ordinary Shares
and
Total Voting Rights
Location Sciences (AIM: LSAI), the leading location data verification company, has agreed to issue and allot 6,153,840 new ordinary shares of one penny each in the capital of the Company ("Settlement Shares") in order to settle a debt with one of its suppliers. The Settlement Shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares, were issued at a price of 1.25 pence per share.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the Settlement Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 23 January 2020. Following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 376,651,734 and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 376,651,734. There are no shares held in treasury.
This figure, 376,651,734, may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules published by the Financial Conduct Authority.
