Further to its announcements of 26 March 2020, Location Sciences (AIM: LSAI), the leading location data verification company, announces that it is issuing 15,457,332 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") further to the exercise of warrants at 0.1p per Ordinary Share.
Application has been made for the admission of 15,457,332 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that this will occur on 24 April 2020. These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares.
Following Admission, the Company will have 506,967,637 Ordinary Shares in issue admitted to trading on AIM. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
