Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Location Sciences Group PLC (AIM: LSAI), the leading mobile location data and intelligence expert, announces that a circular (the "Circular"), incorporating a notice of a general meeting of the Company (the "General Meeting") to approve a proposed share consolidation and a new management incentive plan and to seek shareholder authority pursuant to sections 551 and 570 of the Companies Act 2006, has today been posted to shareholders and is also available for download from the Company's website at: https://www.locationsciences.ai/.

The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Newgate Communications, Sky Light City Tower, 50 Basinghall Street, London EC2V 5DE, at 09:00 a.m. on 21 November 2018.
