Lok'nStore Group plc ('Lok'nStore' or 'the Company')

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that yesterday Ray Davies, Finance Director, has sold 5,700 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 114.00pence per share. Mr Davies's Self Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) has correspondingly purchased 5,700 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 114.50 pence per share. This transaction forms part of Mr Davies' tax planning.

As a result of this transaction there has been no change to Ray Davies' beneficial interest in the ordinary shares in Lok'nStore Group Plc of 42,247 shares.
