                                 Trading Update


The Board of Lok'nStore Group plc, the fast growing AIM listed self-storage
company, is pleased to announce that during the second half of the year to 31
July 2007 trading has remained solid and the company's operating performance is
expected to be in line with market expectations.


Lok'nStore is expecting to announce its preliminary results for the year ended
31 July 2007 on Monday 29th October 2007.
