The Annual Report and Accounts of London Stock Exchange Group plc ("LSEG" or the "Company") for the year ended 31 December 2021 (the "Annual Report") and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022 (the "AGM Notice") and related form of proxy for the Company's 2022 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") are being mailed to shareholders today and, in accordance with paragraph 9.6.1 of the FCA Listing Rules, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where they will shortly be available for inspection at  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .   

The Annual Report and AGM Notice are also available on the Company's website at https://www.lseg.com/investor-relations.

In the context of Resolution 23 to be proposed at the AGM, which seeks authority for the Company to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares on the terms set out therein, we note the announcement made yesterday, 21 March by the Company in connection with the divestment of BETA+, which notes that the Company anticipates returning a significant proportion of the net proceeds to shareholders, via a buyback.
