London Stock Exchange Group plc today announces that on 28 May 2013 David Lester, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, acquired London Stock Exchange Group plc Ordinary shares of 6 79/86p each by exercising options under the Executive Share Option Scheme.  He disposed of sufficient shares to satisfy the exercise cost, PAYE, National Insurance and dealing costs.  The options were granted on 20 May 2004 and would be forfeited if not exercised by 20 May 2014.
