On 2 April 2015 London Stock Exchange Group plc was notified that on 2 April 2015 the executive directors and senior executives noted below who are participating in the London Stock Exchange Long Term Incentive Plan 2014 ("2014 LTIP") had been granted awards in the form of a nil cost option over the amount of ordinary shares of London Stock Exchange Group plc noted below, vesting of which is subject to performance conditions over 3 years.
