STOCK EXCHANGE NOTICE

DESIGNATED FUND MANAGERS ('DFMs')

1.   Member firms are advised that, as from today, Phillips and Drew Fund
Management Ltd ('PDFM') will change its name to UBS Asset Management Ltd.  The
firm will continue to operate under the same member firm code (563) and
recognised BIC code (PDFMGB2LBIC). 

2.   The member firms with DFM status and their recognised BIC codes are as
follows:

3.   Member firms are reminded that Rule 8.19(b)(i) requires a trade reporting
member firm to identify member firm counterparties, including DFMs, by using
their recognised BIC code and that this requirement applies for trade reports
in all Exchange markets.
