This is to inform you that as part of the FTSE quarterly review announced
earlier this week, Bookham Technology ('Bookham') is being added to SETS,
as it will form part of the FTSE100 index with effect from 19 June 2000.
Ahead of Bookham's entry into the FTSE100 index, a decision has been
taken to add Bookham to SETS from 15 June 2000.
