CONSULTATION ON PROPOSED RULE AMENDMENTS
ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT MARKET
AIM RULES
1. The Exchange is proposing to remove the AIM rules (chapter 16) from the
'Rules of the London Stock Exchange' and re-issue the rules as a separate
booklet, called 'The AIM rules'. Additionally, amendments and updates to
these rules are being proposed.
2. The amended rules are available to view on the Exchange's website at
www.londonstockexchange.com/AIM. They are also available in hard copy from
the AIM Team, London Stock Exchange, London, EC2N 1HP.
3. Comments are invited on these changes either in writing to the AIM Team or
by email to: sbrickles@londonstockexchange.com. The consultation period is
due to end on 1 December 2000.
4. A further notice will be issued at the end of the consultation period.
