LSEG announces it has purchased the following number of its voting ordinary shares of 679/86 pence each from Goldman Sachs International ("GSI") on the London Stock Exchange pursuant to instructions issued by LSEG on 05 August 2022 as part of its share buyback programme, as announced on 05 August 2022.

LSEG intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, LSEG holds 1,909,796 of its voting ordinary shares of 679/86 pence each in treasury and has 505,209,851 voting ordinary shares of 679/86 pence each in issue (excluding treasury shares). LSEG also has 51,124,377 limited-voting ordinary shares of 679/86 pence each in issue, which carry one-tenth of a vote each. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company will be 510,322,289. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
