 Directors' Dealings 

London & Stamford (AIM: LSP.L), announces that it was notified on 31 July 2009 that the Directors purchased ordinary shares pursuant to their entitlements or otherwise in the Placing and Open Offer announced on 10 July 2009 (the 'Issue'). Shares issued under the Placing and Open Offer were admitted to trading on AIM on 30 July 2009 resulting in an enlarged issued share capital of 500,000,000 ordinary shares.

 The shares acquired by each director on 30 July 2009 and the percentages of the enlarged issued share capital held by each director following the purchases are as follows:
