Block Listing Increase Application

The Company announces that an application has been made for an increase to the Company's existing block listing for a total of 302,079 new ordinary shares of 5p each  ("New Shares")  to be admitted to listing on the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

The New Shares are to be block-listed under the following schemes:

Admission is expected to become effective at 8.00am on Wednesday 27 April 2022.

The New Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be issued from time to time, pursuant to the exercise of options under the Lookers plc Long-Term Incentive Plan.
