Announcement of a new directorship held by a director in another publicly quoted company

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Non-Executive Director Vicky Mitchell has been appointed as Non-Executive Director to N Brown Group plc. Vicky will Chair the Group's Financial Services Board Committee in addition to becoming a member of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 28 January 2020.
