The Board of Lookers plc ('Lookers' or 'the company') was notified on 16 April 2014 that the following directors of the company had acquired ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the company.

The shares were acquired as a result of the exercise of share options under the rules of the employee share option scheme. As all financial performance conditions that determined the price payable for each share were exceeded, the shares were issued at nil cost.

Mr Andy Bruce is a holder of 642,086 Ordinary Shares representing 0.17% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.

Mr Robin Gregson is a holder of 357,815 Ordinary Shares representing 0.09% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company at 17 April 2014 is 389,109,055 Ordinary Shares. All Ordinary Shares are voting shares with one vote per share.
