Lookers plc ('the Company') have today been advised that Fidelity International
Limited (FIL) PO Box HM670 Hamilton HMCX Bermuda have increased their holding of
Lookers ordinary shares of 25 pence each to a total holding of 1,528,295
ordinary shares or 4.38% of the Company's issued share capital.
