NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMRs")

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), LSL Property Services plc hereby notifies that Jon Round, a PDMR acquired on 2^nd April 2015 13,363 shares by exercising options received in 2012 pursuant to LSL's Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).

The LTIP grant was by way of nil-cost options in respect of ordinary shares and were subject to performance conditions. The options became exercisable on 2^nd April 2015.

The 13,363 shares were subsequently sold on 2^nd April 2015 at a price of 337 pence per share and following this transaction, Jon Round's shareholding in LSL is 216,481 shares (0.21%).

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.
