Circular Relating to Acquisition of Halifax Estate Agencies Ltd

Further to LSL's announcement on 16th October 2009, LSL has today posted a Circular to its shareholders together with a notice of a General Meeting to be held on 8th December 2009 at 11 am at Buchanan Communications, 45 Moorfields, London, EC2Y 9AE at which a resolution will be proposed to approve the acquisition of Halifax Estate Agencies Limited.

Copies of the Circular together with the notice of the General Meeting have been submitted to the FSA and will shortly be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility which is situated at 25 The North Colonade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS. These documents can also be accessed from LSL's website at: www.lslps.co.uk/investors_corporate_docs.html.
