Director Shareholding

M&C Saatchi plc was notified on 22 March 2017 that on 22 March 2017 Lord Maurice Saatchi (executive director of the Company) sold 286,841 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 348.625 pence per share. At the same time, on 22 March 2017 The Lord Saatchi SIPP (pension fund), in which Lord Maurice Saatchi has a beneficial interest, acquired 286,841 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 348.625 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, there is no change in Lord Maurice Saatchi's interest in M&C, which amounts to a total holding of 4,127,060 ordinary shares in the Company and represents approximately 5.42% of the issued share capital of the Company.
