M&G plc

Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)

M&G plc announces the below changes to the interests of certain PDMRs.

On 30 September 2021, options were granted to one PDMR under the M&G plc November 2021 Sharesave Plan with an exercise price of £1.64. The Sharesave options granted have a contract start date of 1 November 2021 and are exercisable from 1 November 2024 to 30 April 2025.

On 1 October 2021, M&G plc shares ("Shares") were released to certain PDMRs in accordance with the replacement award granted to them under the Prudential Restricted Stock Plan on 27 November 2019. Shares were sold to cover the PDMRs' tax liabilities and sales costs and the PDMRs retained the balance of the Shares.  

The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
