GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS

On 8 June 2017, the Company granted an option, under the M.P. Evans Group PLC Long Term Incentive Scheme, to each of Mr Tristan Price, the Chief Executive, and Mr Matthew Coulson, the Finance Director, to subscribe respectively for 16,347 and 8,333 ordinary shares in the Company at a nil cost exercise price.  These options are exercisable at any time between 3 April 2020 and 3 April 2030.
