Director's dealings

Winkworth was notified today that, on 8th February 2013, Irene Ho Kim Kee, wife of Simon Agace, non-executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 3,000,000 ordinary shares in Winkworth ("Ordinary Shares") at nil consideration to Northcliff Mountain SA, a company controlled by her. This notice replaces the announcement of 1 February 2013 regarding the transfer of the same amount to Sundown Assets Foundation. Following this transaction, Mr Agace's total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 5,880,208 Ordinary Shares and voting rights which represent 46.4% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.
